
Haas F1 Team is in a critical technical partnership with Toyota Gazoo Racing, aiming to boost its Formula 1 performance. As part of this deal, Haas will receive engineering support from Toyota in design, manufacturing, and aerodynamics, while Toyota will gain commercial benefits.
Toyota engineers and drivers will join Haas F1 testing sessions, allowing both teams to understand the challenges of Formula 1 better. Toyota will also help Haas improve car performance by developing aerodynamic solutions and manufacturing carbon fiber components.
Starting with the United States Grand Prix, Toyota Gazoo Racing’s branding will feature on Haas F1 cars driven by Nico Hulkenberg and Kevin Magnussen.
Haas team principal Ayao Komatsu believes this partnership is key to making Haas more competitive. Toyota president Tomoya Takahashi views it as an opportunity to grow Toyota’s motorsport talent. Ferrari, Haas’s long-time partner and engine supplier, has approved the collaboration.
This alliance between Haas and Toyota represents a significant step forward for both teams as they compete at the highest level of motorsport.
